The cabin is situated in a beautiful silvan environment on the shores of Lazy-Lake. The lake is fed by pure mountain springs and melting snow, and is surrounded by spectacular and unspoiled mountains, which forms part of the Rocky Mountains.  This pristine wilderness is home to many and varied wildlife, including, osprey, eagles, loons, hummingbirds, chipmunks, bears, etc  Much of the wildlife is visible from the lakeside and cabin. The property extends to the sandy beach and is covered with grass and natural trees. A wooden wharf provides access to the lake for canoeing and water sports.

Facilities inside the cabin, include a fully equipped modern kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave, and washing machine.  The delightfully cozy living room, has a wood burning stove, dining table and chairs, futon and stairs to two upstairs bedrooms.  There are also two downstair bedrooms and a bathroom. Accommodation - up to 10 people comfortably including 3 in the bunkhouse.

Attached to the front of the cabin, is a large decked seating area with a barbecue, ideal for relaxation or entertaining. 

The bunkhouse is located adjacent to the workshop and open-air kitchen. There is also an outside toilet, located in the wooded area behind the cabin.
